Xavier Club is a little place to spend time with Xavier — and it's free to use.
We're glad you're here, and we want you to feel comfortable knowing how your information is used. We use account details and activity records to keep the club running and remember your progress. We do not sell your personal information.
When you sign up, we ask for your email address and a nickname to create and manage your account. We don't ask for your phone number, home address, or full legal name.
On your Profile page, you can choose to add your birth month and day — not the year — and a language preference. You can use Xavier Club without adding these details.
As you spend time with Xavier, we save your progress so you can pick up where you left off. This includes:
These records are linked to your account to support the features you use.
We also record basic in-app activity, such as which features you open, to understand what's working and what could be better. These usage events are linked to your account and do not include free-text messages.
To help the website work smoothly and securely, our hosting and analytics services may process technical details such as your IP address, browser, and device information.
We use your information to:
We use email for account-related messages, not marketing campaigns.
We use a few services to support Xavier Club:
Some information may be stored or processed outside Malaysia through these services. You can learn more through their privacy notices and the Analytics section below.
We use basic in-app activity records and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people move around the club, spot confusing moments, and make the website easier to use.
Clarity uses session replays and heatmaps to show interactions such as clicks and scrolling. This is a replay of activity within the website, not a recording from your camera or microphone.
Clarity is excluded from Mood, Admin, and sign-in or account-access pages. We use content masking to limit what appears in session replays.
Activity records and analytics are not necessarily anonymous. Xavier Club does not currently offer an in-site analytics opt-out setting. If you have questions about this, you're welcome to contact us.
For more information about how Microsoft handles this data, please read the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
We keep your account details and saved activity while your account remains open, so your progress is there when you return.
If you'd like to close your account or request deletion of your information, email us at xavierbiggang@gmail.com. We'll help you with the next steps and explain what can be removed, including any records that need to be retained.
You can:
For requests we need to handle for you, email xavierbiggang@gmail.com. To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm that it belongs to you before making changes or providing account information.
Please sign in through Xavier Club's official website and keep your password and sign-in codes private.
If you receive an unexpected message or link claiming to be from us, contact us before sharing any account information. We're happy to help you check.
We use technical safeguards and access controls to help protect your information and limit access to account data.
No online service can promise absolute security. If you notice anything unusual or think someone else may have accessed your account, please contact us so we can look into it.
